When does the project price become final?
After the website scope, features and content are reviewed. You will know the agreed project price before paid work begins.
What is the refund policy?
Payments are nonrefundable once website work has started or after the project has been completed. Project details should be reviewed before work begins.
How fast can my website be delivered?
Most websites are delivered in 1 to 3 days. The timeline can change if the project is larger or if photos, text or other content are sent late.
How does the $9 monthly hosting work?
The website can be launched on Netlify and connected to your own domain. In most cases the customer pays the hosting cost directly on their own account, not to Tim. Future maintenance or requested changes usually range from $30 to $80 depending on how much work is needed.
What does Tim's ASAP Website create besides websites?
Tim's ASAP Website also creates logos, business cards, Facebook banners and high quality ad graphics for business owners to post on Instagram and Facebook.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. Existing websites can be redesigned with a cleaner layout, stronger mobile experience and updated content.
Do you work with agencies and other companies?
Yes. Referral partnerships, white label website work and overflow project support are available.
