Before you begin
These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or choose to work with Tim's ASAP Website for website design, redesign, branding, logo, business card, banner, advertising graphic or related services. The website is used to show services, examples and ways to get in touch. It does not complete a purchase or automatically create a paid project.
1. Starting a project
Submitting the contact form, calling, texting or emailing is an inquiry only. A project begins after the project details, scope, price, payment expectations and expected delivery are discussed and accepted directly between Tim's ASAP Website and the client.
2. Scope, pricing and estimates
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or package examples unless a specific price is confirmed for your project. Final pricing can change when the requested pages, features, graphics, integrations, content, turnaround time or other requirements change.
Work outside the agreed scope may require a new price or additional payment before that extra work begins.
3. Payments and refunds
No payment is collected through this website. Payment instructions are provided directly after project details are confirmed.
Once work has started, payments for the work performed are non-refundable. Completed and delivered work is also non-refundable. If a project is canceled before work begins, any refund or cancellation arrangement will depend on the payment agreement made for that project.
4. Client content and permission
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, names, prices, photos, logos, text, links and other materials needed for the project. By providing content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Tim's ASAP Website is not responsible for claims caused by content supplied by the client without proper permission.
5. Mockups, approvals and changes
Website mockups are used to confirm the general direction before the full build. Clients are responsible for reviewing names, contact information, prices, links, spelling and other important details before final approval.
Reasonable fixes within the agreed project may be handled during the build. Major redesigns, new pages, new features or requests outside the approved direction may be treated as additional work.
6. Delivery, setup, hosting and maintenance
Website files may be delivered by email or another agreed method after final review and required payment is confirmed. Setup help can be provided when agreed.
Hosting, domain names, third-party subscriptions and future maintenance are separate from the design work unless they are specifically included in the project agreement. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability.
7. Delivery times
Delivery times shown on the website are typical estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Timing can change based on project size, client response time, missing content, requested changes, technical issues or third-party services.
8. Website availability and third-party services
Tim's ASAP Website aims to provide working, responsive project files and to test work before delivery. No website, hosting provider, device, browser or third-party service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption forever. After delivery, changes made by the client or another provider may affect how the project works.
Links to outside services such as social networks, hosting providers or payment providers are controlled by those companies and are subject to their own policies.
9. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, policies or website features change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
